TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING - Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance and international bookings should be made 48 hours in advance or more. We are often able to substantial discounts on air fares but bookings must be made at least four days in advance to obtain such rates. The minimum duration for international meetings is 12 hours, and for meetings outside of Europe the minimum duration is two days.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS - The client must pay all expenses related to the trip - transportation costs (air or train fare, taxis, etc), accommodation and meals - in addition to her fee. In the event that the model will be travelling to a country that requires a Visa, the client is responsible for paying the cost of the Visa. Trips to North America, South America, Asia, and trips that require 10 hours or longer of flight time may be charged an additional fee of 300€ or more to help cover the additional travel time.

PAYMENT - Rates are not negotiable. The model should be paid her fee within the first 15 minutes of the meeting. Payment should be made in Euros. Payment must be made in cash, we do not accept cheques or credit cards or any other forms of payment. In the event that you would like to pay in Czech Crowns, US dollars or another currency, please contact our agency in advance to arrange the correct fee. If you are not satisfied with our exchange rate, the payment must be made in Euros.

DISCRETION - Any personal information that we receive from you will be held strictly confidential. Similarly, many of the models advertised on this website wish to maintain their privacy, so please do not discuss them with other models or ask them for personal contact information.

STATUS OF ADVERTISERS - All models advertised on this website are independent escorts who pay a fee to be advertised on this website. They are neither employees of Prague Babes nor under contract with Prague Babes. Fees paid by clients to models are for companionship, modelling and/or hostessing and anything that happens outside of this arrangement happens as an agreement between consenting adults. Anything implied or inferred by the content of this website is not mean to represent an offer or inducement for payment of anything other than time and companionship.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - In no event shall Prague Babes be liable for any damages, direct or indirect or any other damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, and materials on this site.
